~A trip to the Park~

If you look close you will see that people threw money in this little pond. landyn, being the little saver that he is, begged to go in there and get it. He just couldn't figure out why people would just throw money in the water! It was very hard for him to walk away! :)

We took the kids to the park for a while! Had a good time!

Of course, they will find the mud!

We planted grass(piles in some areas),
We hung our clothes to dry,

And we watered the flowers! Such a big helper!! (this was earlier this week, on a sunny day!)

~Daddy"s Fishin' Buddies~

Ryan took the kids fishing while I got some things done and supper made, they caught about 30 perch!! I snapped a picture of all of them in their mud boots getting ready to go!

Devon caught this fish, he was pretty excited!!


He also thought it was important to get a picture of his mouth too! He was impressed with this tongue! :o/

Couldn't ask for better!

He might be daddy but he is also kid at heart!! :o)

He is always teaching them new things!!

He loves his kids!!
( I asked Nichole the other day if she was poopy and she said,"no, daddy is!" He wasn't even home to defend himself!)


There isn't a day that goes by that I don't hear I LOVE YOU!

When we go fishing, he spends most of the time baiting hooks and getting poles ready!! He hardly gets to fish himself. But he takes the time to take everybody anyways!

I am very thankful for my husband!! I think he is a wonderful daddy, the kids look forward to him coming home everyday(and dread the school night that he doesn't)! I appreciate his consistency~~~He has God first in his life and his family follows right behind!! You don't find too many men like that! We couldn't ask for any better!! I want to be a good mommy and wife and raise our kids to serve God!! I hope our boys turn out like their daddy!! :)

~Climbing~

These are the lovely rocks we got to climb up and down!! Not too much fun holding someones hand and trying to keep them up, let alone the fact that we were all in mud boots!

My flowers for Mother's Day!!

I woke up Sunday morning to flowers and several cards! A nice surprise!! :)

~ Landscaping around our house~

I don't know where they got the saying "dirt cheap", but our dirt was not cheap! :)

Our piles of shrubs, plants, and trees!

Ryan spent several hours digging the top 6-8 inches of dirt/grass up and putting the edging down! Landscaping and gardening has become something that he enjoys...at least right now!! :) When we get all of our stuff up in the garden and weeds all around our shrubs, he may change his mind!! That's where I come in!!

Gary spent several hours helping Ryan with the landscaping, between working on a lay out, picking up plants and unloading them when they got home and getting it done!! He was a big help and we are very happy with the turn out, can't wait to see what it looks like in 2 years!

I am suppose to plant flowers all around the big rock!! Landyn and i got one in today that he gave me for Mother's day!!
