Tryin out the bb gun!

If you look close, in the yard there is a tee-pee that Ryan and the boys are making! We have been extremely busy on weekends so they haven't been able to work on it for a few weeks.
Ryan says he is ready for a weekend at home to do what he needs to do and wants to do!! I told him 3 more weekends at least and then he might have one! That is if he can say no! :o)

~Nichole RyAnne~

Nichole had her jammies on and daddy was leaving so she ran and got sock and shoes on to go! I couldn't help but laugh! Her hair was just as bad! Trying to get sister to smile!! Which can be a joke! She is a hard headed little girl. Poor thing doesnt have a chance being part Goins (I won't name who I think she is most like! )and part her mama! ;o)

This is her hair and sad face because she didn't get to go. :o(

~Courtney Jean~

Showing off her pink bb gun which she is proud of!
We are raising goofballs!! :o) That's alrght, they keep life fun and interesting!
She wanted a towel on her head, like mama does after we washed her hair!

Homework

Devon was holding boots while doing his homework and had a hard time concentrating and not laughing because he kept licking his toes.

A trip to the farm.

The kids went to the farm with their dad to burn fields with Les and Darrin. After an eventful and traumatic time, Devon and Landyn ended up with their hair(eye lashes and eye brows included on Devon) burned so they had to have haircuts. Which is a long story and extremely frusterating to a mother so I am just gonna say I am thankful my kids and husband are alright thanks to God's protecting hand! It could have been a completely different ending! And for the record.... I am not sure it will ever happen again! :o)

Landyn said when his hair was on fire...that Uncle Darrin was goin soooo fast the wind just blew it out. Didn't sound like he got much of a lesson out of the day considering the fact that it was a little more cool than scarey, but Devon for sure did! He said he knows God was watching after him and daddy and his final comment about everything was, "well mom, at least I have a story to tell!" I realized that instead of being very upset with everyone involved that I too needed to be thankful as well! And I am! It would have made all our other problems, worries and concerns so little and seem like nothing compared.

Taken by Landyn

Ryan's "surprise" Birthday fish fry!

Emily wouldn't cooperate with me and look at the camera, so I told her she was goin on my blog!! My mom kept yanking the pillow from her so I could get a picture. So then landyn thought he would help!? We love you Emily!

Birthday Boy!!
Isn't he just adorable!?!

Landyn and Grandma playin Candy Land!

Need I say more?!

We had a fish fry for Ryan's Birthday! The younger kids think its chicken! I figure whatever works!

Where's Nichole?

Last thing I knew Nichole was playing with the cat, when I realized I didn't see or hear her, I found her in her bed asleep with Boots!

Is it rain...

IT WAS HAIL.....
He looks like a punk with that hat on!

Ryan and Devon were outside walking around looking at the ponds, etc. with the thoughts of how good fishing would probably be after all the rain and they said all of the sudden they heard the hail coming next thing they knew they were in it!
The boys thought it was pretty neat!

Grandma's yoga class!

Mom was over helping us with something and was telling Ryan and I about something they had to try for yoga class.....the next thing I know Ryan is trying to do it and then all my kids were joining him! When Ryan saw me with the camera he decided he was done!! :o/ I told mom I would have liked to have seen her try it!!

We left for my step-grandma's funeral Sunday morning with two sick little girls. Leaving our two boys behind..... Not my idea of a fun trip since I am not a traveler anyways and I don't like being within a hop, skip and jump from my kids. I am doin good to go to Bartlesville and back without whining and was really dreading the 5 1/2 hr trip! I ended up with what they had on Monday and told Ryan that if I would have realized how cruddy they felt I wouldn't have drug them around, we would have stayed home. Which Courtney begged to do, she cried her self to sleep begging to go home Sunday evening. Bad part was, we didn't get to go to the funeral...Courtney started throwin up at 4 a.m. so we packed our stuff up and left. I got to sit in the back in the middle with a trash can and be prepared to catch anything that went flying! When she saw our house she got a big smile on her face! :o) So we unloaded and the three of us girls went to bed and slept most of the next day as well.
