Random.....

Nichole wanted to wear these to Wal-mart....the funny thing was she couldnt even walk in em.
We had Victoria's little girl one day this week. She is a doll!

The girls had this baby ready to go somewhere....they have been talking about wanting to go swimming but I keep telling them it is too cold so I guess if you wear a hat and gloves it is ok to go!

I braided Courtney's hair the other day, she doesn't like it so I took a picture to show her how pretty it is and named a few names of people who wear their hair braided and she thought it might be ok, but still hasn't decided.

I do also want to say that the Lord has answered some prayers for us...the several weeks that were scheduled for furlough for the year 2011 have been canceled and Ryan is getting to work overtime(Fridays) which we have been praying about. He was one of the first out of only 8 people that was asked to go to train for a new jet in Wichita, which could bring up several oppertunities and he counted it a priviledge and was real excited about it until they said it was for 10 months and he would only ne home on the weekends. :o( He told them he had 4 little kids at home and it wasn't gonna work.....I know it was a little disappointing to him but I am glad that his family is a priority!! Makes me proud, cause there aren't a whole lot off daddys that think that way!! But in return, with him staying he is able to get all the overtime since 8 people are gone out of his shop!! He said lastnight that God knows what he is doin! I think he is right!!

The other night in devotions we asked the kids if they had any prayer request and Landyn said "so that daddy could make more dollars" (there have been several times they asked if we can go here or there and we have to tell them no, we dont have enough money, so I guess Landyn was tired of hearing that) It was cute!! It is always exciting to be able to tell the kids that God is answering prayers!

Another day.... I woke up to a note on the microwave!(it is still there) That made my day!! Once again....I have the best husband! Couldn't ask for better!!

And another rough morning....

Nothing like a bad hair day!! (if a kid gets in bed with us all Ryan has to do to know who it is is feel their hair) :o)

Not a good thing to find 10 minutes before needing to leave for church! Poor Nichole isn't a morning girl and it is just as bad when you have to wake her up shortly after falling asleep!!

Snowball Fight!!

Nichole came in from playin in the snow, took a bath and got pj's on then sat beside me at the piano, the next thing I knew she was out. Her sweet daddy came along and pounded on the keys right beside her head and it didn't phase her a bit!! :o) Plum wore out!!

Courtney decided today that after two days of snow it could go home!! She said she didn't want it here anymore!! Partly because she couldnt wear her flip flops to her appointment this morning!!

Odds & Ends

The girls woke up to snow this morning. They were funny! Courtney asked if daddy brought for her(she has been asking for snow) the first thing she said was, "Can I go play in it and throw it high into the sky?" with a big smile and giggles, of course I said yes! Nichole obviously didn't remember snow last year, she said, "Can I touch it?" When she went to the kitchen to have breakfast she looked out the back door and said, "Mom, it's everywhere?!"(she had jammie shorts on with her mud boots and sisters coat to go out and inspect the snow!)

The huge bruise is a result of a nurse not being able to get a needle in my hand a few days ago, she wiggled and jiggled, and quite frankly...I was not impressed as I wasn't feeling well anyways!! She felt horrible and was nice enough to get the anesthesiologist to come over and do it!! I can tolerate pain pretty well, but that hurt and yes I had tears in my eyes! :'o)

All Caught up!

Ok, I think I am all caught up on my blog now....Sorry, it has been crazy with Ryan bein on furlough, the holidays, dr's appointments, etc. Ryan starts back to work Monday the 10th!! Hopefully, there are no more added furlough weeks than the 12 they already have!! :o( It has been nice having him around but I don't seem to get as much done for some reason!? :o)
