I love my kids!!

Believe it or not as sassy as Courtney is, she is daddy's girl and all she talks about is goin hunting with daddy! She loves to wear the boys camo stuff!! Of course her dad thinks thats pretty neat!

The boys new thing has been "working" on their dirt bike and fourwheeler! Tools and all!!

Family Fun!!

It was suppose to look like there were 2 moons, one being Mars, guess this was it!!

This little stinker kept yelling at the cows to "hush up"!

We slept in a tent Friday night!! The kids were excited, more so than I was!! :0) Ryan was the first one asleep so we got to listen to him snore until everyone else went to sleep. The kids had all kinds of questions, they were a little scared of all the noises, cows mooing, dogs barking, coyotes howling, the noise of frogs and crickets and people talking way of in the distance! I was constantly hearing....What's that noise mommy? Will a coyote come in our yard? what's that noise mommoy? Why are the cows mooing? What's that noise mommy? Are coyotes scared of people? What's that noise mommy? What if I have to go to the bathroom?What's that noise mommy? I patiently answered all of the questions and made 3 trips to the bathroom with kids until one by one they fell asleep and then I quietly went to my own comfy bed!! Where I couldn't sleep because I was afraid one of the kids would wonder off or have to go to the bathroom or get scared and not be able to wake daddy up, so about every 30-45 minutes I checked on the kids! About 4:00 a.m. Ryan decided he couldn't sleep on a hard surface any longer so he wanted to go to his bed! Before daylight all of the kids were in there beds! They wanted to sleep outside on Saturday night and we told them if they wanted to they could but we weren't! They decided they would sleep in there own bed!(which was the plan)

Good News!!

As most of you know, Cessna was having their lay off this week (it will affect 25% of their people) and everyone is suppose to know by the end of the day, today. Everytime my phone rang today, I literally got sick to my stomach thinking it was Ryan callin to tell me that he got demoted, about noon today he called and said that the lay off didn't affect him! That was a huge answer to prayer and I was sure to let my kids know that he answered a prayer for us. The boys have been praying extra hard because they didn't wanna sell our house and if we talked about it around them they would literally cry. Poor Devon thought we were gonna move to Mexico if we had to sell our house...? LOL! Not sure where that came from. When I told them he asked if he could take the for sale sign down!! Like, Right now!! I still need some babysitting or more cooking or something to make up for the loss of my job that happened 2 weeks ago. Please continue to pray for us, that I get some babysitting and that we do the Lord's will! Thank you for your prayers! :o)

~LIFE~

I don't have any pictures to share, just a few comments. We have been in camp and gone to Children's Service everyday so we have been pretty busy with that by the time you get home after lunch and have naptime then it is time to eat supper, get ready for church and go to church!! We have had alot of changes, options, questions in our life lately, but through it all we are trusting in God! Or at least trying! :o) There is still fear of the unknown! Ryan said, "I know when the Lord works everything out I am gonna feel like a total idiot worrying about everything." He always has, so why in the world do we struggle with the next question in life?? Whether it is how are we gonna pay this bill? What if I get layed off? What am I suppose to do in life? Where are we gonna move if we sell our house? Why are we going through this? And many more questions. We have had two answers to prayer in the last week. Which helps encourage you for the next couple of worries! I am thankful the we serve a God that really cares about us, even when we feel like no one else does! All I know through all of this is the most important thing to me is that I become a stronger Christian and my family and I make it to Heaven! If you think about it, Pray for us!

Getting ready to play in the water!

I hope these girls grow up to be best friends!! At age 2 and 3, they already fight over who is wearing what to bed and yelling at each other to "leave me alone"! But other times they are the best of friends and play very good together!! Their "mean word" that they call each other is chicken!! I sometimes just laugh at them when they are fighting....cause I hear, "you chicken" as one is leaving the room! It could be worse!! :0)

Potty Trained

Well, I think after over 7 years straight of buying diapers we are actually done....Nichole(2), our baby has been potty training, not that we dont have an accident or two a week, but she is doing a good job!! She had an accident this morning...I said," Nichole, did you wet your pants?" She said, with big eyes, "I'm just leaking mommy!" As sincere as she could..... It was quite cute!! Kinda sad, as I am not sure I want my baby to grow up but at the same time it is also exciting!! No more diapers!!
