~ ATTN NATALIE~
I tried a few more new things the last couple of days. I am kinda getting bored with the usual!
~ M&M Cookie Bars~
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
~
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup m&m's
Mix the first 4 ingredients until smooth, then add the flour, soda, and salt. After that is all mixed well then add your m&m's.......Spread in a sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Bake @ 350 for about 20 minutes! Cut into bars after they are cooled! :)
~Ham & Cheese Roll-ups~
1 can crescent rolls
8 slices of deli ham
4 slices of cheese(split in half)
Put one piece of ham on each triangle, fold edges over to not hang over, then add a half a pice of cheese, roll up starting with the big end, put on pan with little end down. Bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes! My kids loved these, we do these kinds of recipes on Ryan's school nights! very simple and good!
~Apple Crescent Bake~
1 can crescent rolls
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 cup of sugar
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup of pecans
-topping-
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 pecans
1/4 cup coconut
Press the crescent rolls in the bottom of a 9x13 pan, bake @ 350 for 8 minutes. While you are waiting mix together the sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and pecans. When the crust is done sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture all over then layer your apple pie filling, after that you can mix the topping ingredients together, cutting the butter in, when that is done you sprinkle that all over the top and bake for another 18-20 minutes. ( serve with vanilla ice cream)
All of these recipes are fat free right?! ;)
